Four ways into the homes we let
Most people arrive knowing one thing: there must be a hot tub, or the dog is coming, or there are nine of us, or it has to be under a certain figure. Each of these answers one of those, with the price and the rules written out before you reach a calendar.

Park homes with a hot tub
6 homes taking bookings
Every home in this collection has its own hot tub on its own deck — not a shared spa, and not a facility you book a slot in. The tub is part of the home you rent, it is emptied, cleaned and refilled between stays, and it is included in the nightly price with nothing added at the park.

Dog-friendly park homes
11 homes taking bookings
Every home on this page takes up to two dogs. The fee is charged per stay rather than per night, it is shown in the price breakdown before you reach a payment page, and dogs are welcome in the home itself rather than confined to a utility room or an outbuilding.

Park homes that sleep eight or more
6 homes taking bookings
These are three and four-bedroom park homes sleeping eight to ten people, let as a whole home for one price. There is no per-person charge, no charge for children, and the beds are real bedrooms rather than a sofa bed counted as a berth.

Park homes under £150 a night
6 homes taking bookings
These homes start under £150 a night, and that figure already includes the changeover clean, linen and towels, parking for two cars and full-fibre wifi. There are no resort fees, no booking fees and no cleaning charge added at the end. The cheapest currently starts at £103.
Looking for something not on this list?
There are homes on the water, homes with a fishing peg and homes with step-free access, and there are too few of each to make an honest page out of. Two homes under a heading reads as a shop that has sold out. Use the filters on the search page, which has all of them, or read the guides where the answer matters more than the list.
