Beechwood Park

Twenty-nine acres on the edge of the Peak District

See 3 homes to rent

An established holiday and touring park of twenty-nine acres in the Midlands corridor, three miles from Ashbourne and on the doorstep of the Peak District National Park. A hundred and twenty-six homes in the current phase, within a wider consented layout of a hundred and eighty.

Beechwood is a working park with a long trading history rather than a new build, so the trees are mature, the roads are made up and the walks are already worn in.

Dovedale is seven miles, Chatsworth eighteen, and Alton Towers twelve — which makes it an unusually flexible base for a family who cannot agree on what sort of holiday they are having.

Address and postcode shown are indicative pending completion of the acquisition.

Questions about Beechwood Park

How many homes can you rent at Beechwood Park?
Three homes are let at Beechwood Park, sleeping 6 to 10, from £116 a night. Each one is owned by somebody who has stayed in it, and the park looks after it between guests.
What time is check-in at Beechwood Park?
Arrival is from 16:00 and you leave by 10:00. Reception, the park manager or a warden will meet you. Reception: Monday to Friday 9–5. Closed at weekends. If you are going to be late, ring the park rather than guess — the gate code and the key are arranged for the time you say you are coming.
Can I bring a dog to Beechwood Park?
Yes, at every home on the park. Each listing says how many dogs it takes and what the charge is per stay, and you tell us how many you are bringing when you book, so the fee is in the price you see rather than added later.
Is Beechwood Park open all year?
The park is open and letting now. The consent it holds — Residential and holiday use, 180 plots consented — is what sets the season. For a particular week the calendar on the home is the real answer: it shows what is already booked rather than what the park hopes to sell.
Who do I speak to about Beechwood Park?
The park is run by Charlotte and Brad Jones, on 01332 751938 or at c.jones@homesuk-group.co.uk. It is one of seven parks in the group, and the number you ring is the park's own rather than a central booking line — whoever picks it up can walk out and look at the home you are asking about.
