Three generations, nobody fell out
Grandparents in the second bedroom, us in the principal, two kids in the third. Everyone had somewhere to go. The soft play barn on the resort saved a wet Tuesday.

Three bedrooms backing onto the tree belt — the layout most families settle on.
The same open, light-filled living space as the two-beds, extended with a third bedroom and proper storage. Room enough for guests or grandchildren without ever feeling the squeeze.
Plot 5 sits on the western boundary with woodland on three sides, so the outlook from the deck is nothing but trees. Deer come through at dusk more often than not.

The woodland plot is the one to book
Paid a bit more for plot 5 over the terrace and would do it again. Total privacy on the deck.

Great home, long drive
Home itself is excellent and very warm in April. Three hours from Cardiff so we would come for a week rather than a weekend next time.
